Delivery & Returns Information

Important Information: 

Due to an unprecedented volume of enquiries coming in at this time and due to limited employees on site, our phone lines will only be manned between 9am-1pm to allow our team to support urgent enquiries from the NHS at this critical time.

Please be aware that due to high volume demand, deliveries may be subject to delays but all orders are being dealt with in order and as quickly as possible. We would ask that you do not chase deliveries within the first 7-10days of ordering to allow our colleagues time to focus on any new orders coming in.

Delivery Times

  • Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, and Friday 9am - 3:30pm 
    (Goods ordered on a Friday, over the weekend or on a Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next working day).
  • Stock products are normally available for immediate despatch (subject to availability)
  • Gg on Demand products – delivery advice will be sent via an order acknowledgement but are usually between 7 to 14 days
  • Made to Order items take around 12 weeks
  • Embroidered, Monogrammed and Printed products please add around 14 days to the delivery (subject to the item being in stock).

All of the above are estimates and can change due to seasonal demands.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed, and on the same day for orders placed by 2:30pm GMT Monday to Thursday (excluding UK bank holidays), using our Next day delivery service. Please note that this is not a next-day delivery guarantee as, especially in peak periods, business volumes may deam this impossible. 

During busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Grahame Gardner Ltd cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Delivery Addresses - The courier service we use requires a signature for proof of delivery. If you don’t think you’ll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address that would suit you better – for example, your work address.

If You Are Not In - The couriers will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.

Delays - We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery.

We will gladly exchange or refund any unworn 'Stock’ item for a full refund up to 28 days after delivery, so long as they are fit to be returned to stock. 'Made to Order’, Embroidered and Monogrammed garments cannot be exchanged unless faulty or incorrectly supplied by ourselves. Please note that when returning your garments you are responsible for them until they are safely received at our premises. We recommend using a registered postal service. Please complete the returns form on the back of the despatch note, (if you are photocopying the returns form so that you can keep the original then would you also please enclose a copy of the despatch note in your parcel)
