COVID-19 Delivery Update

Due to impact of COVID-19 we are experiencing an increased demand for our products. Please be aware that orders can take 7 days to despatch and can experience a delay in delivery times. We apologise for any inconvenience.

UK Mainland Only

10 or more items - FREE for all orders of 10 or more items being shipped to UK mainland.

1-9 Products - Royal Mail Service  £4.20 + vat -  usually 3-4 working days from despatch*

Courier Tracked Service – £5.95+ vat - note this is NOT NEXT DAY service -  but by selecting this service you can keep track of your delivery once it’s been despatched*

The above lead times are for the UK Mainland only. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may vary slightly. 

Special Deliveries - If you require special delivery courier options, please contact us for price on request.

6-15 items Royal Mail Service - £20.40 - usually 3 - 5 working days from despatch*
16-30 items Royal Mail Service - £35.00 - usually 3 - 5 working days from despatch*

 Delivery Times

  • Our delivery times are based from the date we despatch the item to you, not from when the order is placed.
  • If the product is in stock at our UK warehouse we aim to despatch within 1 working day of the order being placed (excluding weekends and uk bank holidays) 
  • If the product is an ‘On Demand’ item not in stock at our warehouse, we aim to despatch within 7 working days from order date. You will receive delivery advice via your order acknowledgement.
  • If the product is Made to Order please allow around 12 weeks – we will discuss this with you at time of ordering.
  • For Embroidered, Monogrammed and Printed products please allow an additional  14 days to the delivery (subject to the item being in stock).
  • Grahame Gardner Ltd cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

 

Delivery Addresses - The courier service we use requires a signature for proof of delivery. If you don’t think you’ll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address that would suit you better – for example, your work address.

If You Are Not In - The couriers will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.

Grahame Gardner Ltd cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Changes to Despatch & Delivery times

  • During busy periods or unexpected events despatch times and deliveries may take a little longer.
  • Occasionally force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that some delivery services are not available, or that changes need to be made to our order and delivery times. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

Returns

We will gladly exchange or refund any unworn 'Stock’ item for a full refund up to 28 days after delivery, so long as they are fit to be returned to stock.

'Made to Order’, Embroidered and Monogrammed garments cannot be exchanged unless faulty or incorrectly supplied by ourselves.

Please note that when returning your garments you are responsible for them until they are safely received at our premises. We recommend using a registered postal service.
