As a company established to support the early detection of cancer, Scanassure were delighted to find that Grahame Gardner Ltd had teamed up with Ovarian Cancer Action, offering to add the charity logo for a small donation. Scanassure were keen to increase awareness of the charity, and also to do their bit in raising funds, so selected the P146 tunic in white and maroon.

Established 6 years ago, Scanassure were initially focused on offering 4D scans for expectant mothers, but after working alongside a GP, they identified an opportunity to support healthcare providers with specialist gynaecological scanning services. Senior Sonographer, Emma Cumberbatch, comments:-

“The work that Ovarian Cancer Action carry out in terms of understanding the behaviours of this particular cancer is invaluable, improving treatments, care and significantly improving the prognosis beyond diagnosis. We applaud the work they do and the opportunity to show our appreciation on our garments was absolutely ideal. We love the tunics, and I am just preparing to order more for new members of staff coming on board in the near future.”

Scanassure are working with the NHS across of the North West providing local scanning services, whether at one of their 4 own clinics or within GP surgeries.

Grahame Gardner Ltd signed up to be a fundraising partner for Ovarian Cancer Action, supporting the charity by offering customers the chance to have their logo on any tunic from their range by making a £1 donation. Grahame Gardner will match this donation, meaning for each branded tunic sold the charity will receive £2.
