At Grahame Gardner Ltd we’re getting set to measure up more than 6,000 students in just six weeks, as university courses across the country get underway.

Our team will embark on a nationwide tour to more than 34 different locations, matching 6,100 students with the new uniformsFreshers Release required for their courses.

Marc Edwards, our national sales manager, said: “It’s going to be a busy six weeks for the team here at Grahame Gardner, as we travel across the country making sure the next wave of student nurses, GPs, dentists and vets have uniforms that fit them correctly and allow them to carry out their coursework comfortably.

“It’s certainly a challenge but we’ve got decades of experience of fitting both students and qualified practitioners quickly and efficiently, and our team is more than ready to start getting students kitted out for the courses they’re about to embark on.”

Up to three members of the Grahame Gardner fitting team will attend each location, ensuring students feel comfortable by having both male and female fitters present and providing an area for private discussion if required.

Marc added: “The most important priority when we’re carrying out this task is to ensure the students feel comfortable and that we’re fitting them quickly and discreetly.

“We work closely with each university to meet any bespoke requirements and allow students to pre-register their sizes before the fitting if they wish.”

The team will begin their six week tour of universities on 8 September.
