Terms & Conditions
- You must be able to provide proof of purchase, and the defect must have occurred within the 2 year warranty period immediately after the date of purchase.
- The warranty only covers orders that you have registered.
- Original garment labels must remain intact.
- All uniforms must be inspected by us prior to warranty repairs being agreed.
- All repairs are warranted for the balance of the original uniform's warranty period.
- The warranty excludes reimbursement for any of the following incidental costs:
- compensation for loss before, during or after repair.
- rental costs before, during or after repair.
- transportation of your uniforms to our factories for evaluation.
- This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights.
Items not covered
- Damage that occurs as a result of neglect, misuse or unusual use of your uniform. Also damage that results from repairs, additions or alterations carried out by anyone other than us.
- Aesthetic phenomena that do not affect the use, performance or enjoyment of the product.
- Damage that occurs through the normal passage of time (Natural fading, wear and tear etc).
- Damage that results from improper storage, washing, drying or ironing of your uniform as per the garment care label instructions (e.g. colour run, cross staining, shrinkage, iron burn etc).
- Fabric degradation or breakdown other than as a result of fabric flaws.
