They called in the expertise of Grahame Gardner Ltd to help them develop a cohesive approach to uniforms for their staff at Lightmoor View, to support the organisations existing identity.
Using products from Grahame Gardner’s huge stock range, Coverage Care chose to use a blue and white colour scheme for their uniforms. Within this theme the organisation were able to use different combinations and styles in order to create distinctive identities for all four distinct roles working in the Homes.
Julie Roberts, General Manager for Coverage Care explains: -
“Although we have in excess of 700 members of staff working across twelve homes we are very keen to preserve the personal relationship that every resident experiences with their carers. It is very important that elderly residents and their families are able to easily recognise each member of staff and the grade which they operate at, and these new uniforms support this philosophy very well indeed.”
Coverage Care selected a range of tunics and trousers, with variations for male and female members of staff.
Formed in 1997, Coverage Care operates thirteen Care centres across Shropshire. As a non-profit taking company Coverage Care reinvest every penny of any surplus of income over expenditure into improving their services and development. The catering staff will be next in line to have an image overhaul as part of this continual redevelopment.
Grahame Gardner have recently launched their new brochure which introduces a new competitive pricing structure for the Care Home Industry, as well as an extensive range of tunics and trousers perfect for those working in the industry. The combination of these two factors has helped make Grahame Gardner very attractive with Care Homes across the UK.
