1) What types of payment are acceptable?
You can pay by most Credit/Debit cards including: - Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Delta, and Maestro. You can also send Cheques or Postal Orders. You can now pay Online with the HSBC Secure Pay.
2) I do not fit into your standard size range, is there anything you can do to help?
Yes, any garment we manufacture can be made to order in any size (surcharges may apply).
3) If the garment arrives and I want to return it what should I do?
As long as garments are stock lines and still in the condition in which they were supplied then you can return them for exchange, credit or refund. If the uniform is made to order then unfortunately they are non-returnable unless we have made an error.
4) I'm not sure which garments I want to order, can you provide any help?
We offer a full sampling service, get in touch with us and garments can be sent out for you to try. They will be charged against a debit/credit card, but will be refunded as soon as you have finished with them and sent them back.
5) One of your designs is exactly what I am looking for, but I want an extra pocket. Is this possible?
No problem, features can be added or removed from garments as required, please refer to the bespoke section of this website to see a full list of possibilities. Please note that making any amendments to a design will make it a 'made to order' item. |
